The 1951 Yonge Street Condos is a new condominium development coming soon to Toronto at Yonge and Davisville. This condominium is currently in the pre construction stage of its development. This new building is being developed by the Times Group Corporation. This will be a mixed use development with retail and commercial space located on the lower levels and retail suites located just above. The proposed heights for this building is 25 and 34 stories. Approximately 450 residential units have been proposed for this development. The lower of the 1951 Yonge Street Condominiums is proposed to contain commercial and retail space that will be 88,608 square feet in size.

Travelling the city couldn't be made easier, multiple bus routes and a subway station is located just out your front door.
